By accessing or using SEOPlot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEOPlot is a web-based software service that allows users to:

• Generate SEO audit reports for websites
• Customize reports with white-label branding
• Share reports via PDF or web links
• Track audit history and usage

3. Account Registration

To use SEOPlot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive 3 free audits. No credit card is required for the free trial. Free trial audits do not expire.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer full refunds within 14 days of your first paid subscription. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SEOPlot to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Overload or impair our infrastructure
• Scrape or data-mine our service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use automated systems to exceed your audit limits
• Audit websites without proper authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The SEOPlot service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software.

Your Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SEOPlot, including your branding assets and audit data. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the service.

White-Label Rights

You may use our white-label features to present reports under your own branding to your clients. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

7. Third-Party Services

SEOPlot integrates with third-party services including:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Google PageSpeed Insights — Performance data

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SEOPlot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of SEO audit data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results from using our SEO recommendations

SEO audits are informational tools. Actual search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOPlot and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEOPlot and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of the service or our team

You may terminate your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of SEOPlot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
